Georgian Wine Will Also Be Sold in Monaco
Georgian wine tasting was held in Monaco with the initiative of vice-president of Sommelier Association of Monaco and the support of National Wine Agency.
The tasting was attended by 85 sommelier, wine-maker, journalists and employer from Italy as well as France.
Totally, the following 7 Georgian company wines were represented: “Schuchmann Winery”, “Shalauri Wine Cellar”, “Kakhuri”, “Vita Vinea”, “Teleda”, “Peradze Wine Cellar” and “Winiveria”.
Presentation of Georgian wine was aimed to introduce the guests Georgian wines made in European and traditional ways and give them the information about Georgian grape varieties and vine culture.
Represented Georgian wines made huge impression on wine professionals, that was reflected on their estimations and it gives the base, that Georgian wine soon will be sold in the restaurants and hotels of Monaco, as well as Nice and Cannes.
The event was organized with the promotion of Georgian wine importer and promoter in France, Ilia, Kakhoidze.
