Georgian wine companies first participated in the International Wine Exhibition "MEGAVINO 2017"

Georgian wine companies first participated in the International Wine Exhibition "MEGAVINO 2017", which was held in Brussels, Belgium on October 20-23. With the National Wine Agency support,  wines of the following Georgian companies were represented at the exhibition: "Shilda", "Mosmieri", "Vaziani", "Chateau Nekresi", "Qimerioni", "Kakhuri Gvinis Marani" , "Telavi Wine Cellar", "Tbilvino" and "Koncho and Company".
During the exhibition, Georgian wine tasting was also held by Irakli Cholobargia, Head of Marketing and PR Department of the National Wine Agency.
The tasting was held for wine professionals and the following wines were presented: "Manavis Mtsvane" (Kakhuri Gvinis Marani), "Khikhvi" (Shilda), "Tsinandali" (Mosmieri), "Kisi-Khikhvi Qvevri" and "Kindzmarauli" (Chateau Nekresi) "Rkatsiteli Qvevri" and "Khikhvi Qvevri" (Vaziani), "Saperavi" (Kimerioni) and "Tvishi" and "Saperavi Qvevri" (Tsinandali Old Cellar).
"Megavino" is one of the most prestigious and extensive exhibitions of Benelux countries and is held once a year at Brussels's largest exhibition center.
This year the exhibition has represented over 300 types of wines from more than 20 countries. During the exhibition, wine competitions, seminars, conferences and wine accessories are also represented. Bulgaria was the honorable guest of "Mavagino" this year.
