Georgian Wine Presented at the “Salon Savim TERRAVINI” Wine and Gastronomy Festival in France
27.10.2025

With the support of the National Wine Agency of Georgia and organized by the Agency’s contracting company, Le Pont Caucasien, Georgian wine was presented at the “Salon Savim TERRAVINI” wine and gastronomy festival held in Nice, France.
Visitors of “Salon Savim TERRAVINI” had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with wines from five Georgian wine-producing companies and a small winery, featuring various wine labels. This festival is considered one of the leading wine and gastronomy events in France, annually attracting tens of thousands of wine professionals, HoReCa sector representatives, and consumers.
To diversify Georgian wine markets and increase export potential, Georgian wine was also presented in France in October at the “Arts & Vin” festival.
One of the main directions of the National Wine Agency’s activities is the promotion and enhancement of the visibility of Georgian wine in international markets. As part of its efforts to promote Georgian wine, since 2013 the Agency has been implementing targeted advertising and marketing campaigns to diversify markets, including in countries renowned for winemaking, such as France, where demand for Georgian wine, particularly qvevri wine, is constantly growing. According to data from the first nine months of the current year, 111,000 bottles of Georgian wine were exported to France, representing a 71% increase compared to the same period last year.
For the promotion of Georgian wine in France, the National Wine Agency has been collaborating with Le Pont Caucasien since 2015. Through the company’s organization, Georgian wine is presented at various events in France.
