Georgian Wine Presentation Held in Warsaw

In order to diversify the export markets for Georgian wine, with the support of the National Wine Agency and organized by the agency’s contracting Polish marketing company “People PR,” a Georgian wine tasting event took place in the capital of Poland at the “Warsaw Night Market” festival.
The festival, which is popular in the Polish wine market, traditionally attracts thousands of wine consumers as well as wine professionals, importers, representatives of the HoReCa sector, and media representatives. The presentation of Georgian wine at this event will contribute to its popularization and, consequently, to the growth of its export.
Poland represents one of the strategic markets for Georgian wine, consistently ranking among the top five countries exporting Georgian wine. To conduct a marketing campaign for Georgian wine in the Polish market, the National Wine Agency has been collaborating with the company “People PR” since 2022. During this period, a steady increase in Georgian wine exports to the Polish market has been recorded. According to data from January to August 2025, Georgian wine exports to Poland amounted to 4.7 million liters, representing a 15% growth compared to the same period in 2024.
One of the main activities of the National Wine Agency is the promotion and enhancement of the awareness of Georgian wine in international markets. Since 2013, within the framework of promoting Georgian wine and diversifying markets, the agency has implemented targeted advertising and marketing campaigns in the American, European, and Southeast Asian markets. With the financial and organizational support of the National Wine Agency, Georgian wine was presented in 14 countries at 20 exhibitions/festivals and 145 tasting seminars during the first eight months of 2025.
