Georgian wine was presented at the international exhibition "FOIRE AUX VINS"
Georgian wine was presented at the two-day exhibition "FOIRE AUX VINS" in Leuze-en-Hainaut, Belgium, with the support of the National Wine Agency and organized by the agency's contractor company "FLOW SRL".
"FOIRE AUX VINS" is an annual exhibition that presents wines from French, Italian, and other European countries. Visitors to the exhibition, wine professionals and importers, had the opportunity to get acquainted with up to 10 wines produced by four Georgian wine-producing companies, both in Kvevri and using classical methods.
Georgian wine made a significant splash on the global stage in 2024. With support from the National Wine Agency, it was showcased at nearly 40 international exhibitions and festivals. Additionally, around 100 tastings and presentations were held across 19 countries: USA, France, Great Britain, Portugal, Poland, Germany, Finland, Denmark, Austria, Norway, Italy, Netherlands, Japan, China, Belgium, Hungary, Republic of Korea, Switzerland and Latvia.
The strategic export markets for Georgian wine are the USA, Great Britain, Germany, Poland, the Baltic States, China, South Korea, and Japan, where various events are carried out by the contractor companies of the National Wine Agency to promote Georgian wine and increase its export potential.
