Within the context of market diversification and sales promotion initiatives, Georgian wine was showcased at a renowned French wine and gastronomy festival, backed by the National Wine Agency and organized by the agency's contracted company, "Le Pont Caucasien."
At the "Les Festives Gourmandes" festival, held in the city of Chalon-sur-Saône, the renowned enologist Ilia Kakhoidze, representing the esteemed French company "Le Pont Caucasien", graciously presented the exquisite wines of 10 esteemed Georgian producers to the esteemed guests.
The "Les Festives Gourmandes" festival was held for the 19th time, featuring an impressive lineup of about 100 participants, including both esteemed producers and importers. These industry experts showcased a wide selection of wines from various renowned labels.
Up to 10,000 guests, including sommeliers, representatives of the wine industry, and professionals from the HoReCa sector, attend the festival annually.
One of the primary objectives of the National Wine Agency is to promote and enhance the global recognition of Georgian wine on international markets.
