A meeting was conducted at the National Wine Agency regarding the inauguration of a new program aimed at promoting Georgian wine within the local market.
The "State Program for the Promotion of Georgian Wine Products within the Local Market" was approved by the Government of Georgia on April 8th of this year and came into effect on April 22nd.

The program will fund Georgian wine festivals, thematic exhibitions, competitions, and educational events taking place across Georgia," stated Levan Mekhuzla.
The program provides a comprehensive description of the terms and conditions for co-financing organizers of exhibitions, festivals, and events related to the competition. It also outlines the remuneration amounts and lists the required documents that legal entities must submit in order to be considered for funding within the program.
