Georgian Wine - National Wine Agency

The event was attended by wine professionals, commercial and media sector representatives, in total, about 200 guests. The participants tasted Georgian wine and Georgian dishes, received information about Georgian grape varieties, as well as the centuries-old history and culture of Georgia and Georgian winemaking, which is especially important for increasing awareness and sales of Georgian wine in one of the strategic markets of the United States of America.
Saperika Corporation, a contractor of the National Wine Agency, was established in the USA in 2022 and its goal is to promote Georgian grape varieties and Georgian wine varieties.
It should be noted that with the support of the National Wine Agency, in 2023, in the USA, in parallel with the presentation of Georgian wine at presentation-tastings and international exhibitions, a media campaign was also activated: commercial video was created for the air of the American TV company CNN, one of the most rated TV broadcasters in the USA, CBS prepared an extensive story about Georgian wine "Ancient Vines" (ancient vines), image articles were printed in various print and electronic publications (CNN, The Wall Street Journal, Men's Journal, Imbibe, Wine-Searcher, SOMM TV, Forbes, Wine Enthusiast ).
