The Georgian Wine Festival was hosted during three days by Dartington Castle, Devon County. The event was held with the support of the National Wine Agency and the organization of the Agency's contractor company "Swirl Wine Group".
About 100 different wines of 20 Georgian wine producing companies were presented within the framework of the festival. The presentation of Georgian wine, which was led by wine masters Sarah Abbott and Justin Howard Sneyd, was attended by wine professionals.
The aim of the event was to facilitate the promotion of Georgian wine in the UK market and increase its awareness, which is important for finding new trade partners and increasing exports.
Georgian traditional cuisine was also presented at the festival.
It should be noted that Great Britain is one of the strategic export markets of Georgian wine; Accordingly, with the financial and organizational support of the National Wine Agency, various marketing events are actively carried out.
