Georgian Wine - National Wine Agency

London Wine Fair 2023 will be held at the London exhibition center Olympia London on May 15-17, in which 18 Georgian wine producing companies will participate with the support of the National Wine Agency and the Embassy of Georgia in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
At the opening of the exhibition, the guests of the Georgian stand were hosted by the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Georgia to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Sofio Katsarava and Ambassador Giorgi Saganelidze.
This year, 415 companies from 29 countries are participating in London Wine Fair 2023, presenting various types of alcoholic beverages. The prestigious exhibition is traditionally attended by thousands of guests from different countries of the world - wine experts, representatives of the wine trade and the media. Therefore, London Wine Fair is an important platform for Georgian producers in terms of finding new trade partners, promoting products and increasing exports.
Within the framework of the exhibition, Sarah Abbott, Head of the British company Swirl Wine Group, a contractor of the National Wine Agency, master of wine, held a presentation-tasting of Georgian wine for wine professionals. Georgian wines that won the 2022 International Wine Competition (IWSC) were presented at the master class.
It should be noted that Great Britain is one of the strategic export markets for Georgian wine, and thus, with the financial and organizational support of the National Wine Agency, various marketing measures are actively being implemented.
The exhibition London Wine Fair has been held since 1981 and is considered one of the most important events in the wine sector.
