Georgian Wine - National Wine Agency

The group included sommeliers, the German marketing company "ff.k Public Relations", the contractor of the National Wine Agency, and representatives of the wine trade.
German wine professionals visited wine cellars in Kartli and Kakheti and tasted different styles of Georgian traditional and classical wine. The guests got acquainted with the 8,000-year history, culture and traditions of Georgian wine, as well as Georgian cuisine.
Within the framework of the tour, B2B meetings were organized in Tbilisi, where ten Georgian wine producing companies presented their products to wine professionals for evaluation and recommendations.
Germany is the largest importer and consumer of wine in Europe, which has emerged as one of the potentially growing strategic export markets for Georgian wine.
In order to diversify and increase awareness of Georgian wine markets, the National Wine Agency started cooperation with the German marketing company "ff.k Public Relations" in 2021 and continues through this year with active events.
