Georgian Wine - National Wine Agency

Eight wineries presented wines from East and West Georgia at the "RAW Wine" exhibition in the United States of America. The visitors of the exhibition got intrdoduced to the wines of the Georgian wineries: "Baia Wine", "Iberiuli", "Silovani Winery", "Mushkudiani Winery", "Nikalas Winery", "Anapea", "Simon Chkheidze Winery" and "Velino" and, moreover, to the ancient traditions and history of wine production.
This year, about 80 wine producers from 14 countries, including the USA, France, Great Britain, Spain, Germany, Italy, Chile and others, participated in the exhibition.
"RAW Wine" (The Artisan Wine Fair) is one of the outstanding exhibitions where producers of high quality natural, organic and biodynamic wines gather. The organizer of the exhibition is Isabelle Legeron, a famous wine expert from France. By presenting Georgian wine at such a prestigious international exhibition, the popularity of Georgian wine increases, which provides an opportunity to find potential importers and increase exports.
It is worth to be noted that the USA is a strategic market for Georgian wine, where special importance is given to the promotion of Georgian wine. The USA market is one of the most expensive segments for Georgian wine, where the price of one liter exceeds 6 USD.
