"Georgian Wine Week" was held in Berlin
As part of the “Georgian Wine Week”, tasting of Georgian wines from 10 small wineries was held at three different locations in Berlin with the support of the National Wine Agency and organized by the wine bar "Saamuri", the National Wine Agency reports.
According to them, wines that are currently not on sale in the German wine market were presented at the events.
Within the framework of the week, along with Georgian wine, Georgian cuisine was presented, and a lecture-seminar was held on the 8000-year tradition of Georgian wine.
According to local wine experts, due to its uniqueness and variety, Georgian wine has great potential in the German market.
The "Georgian Wine Week" held in Berlin will significantly contribute to increasing the awareness of Georgian wine among natural wine lovers, and it will help Qvevri wine producers to find trade partners.
