"The forum is a very important event for the promotion of Georgian wine and the development of tourism in Georgia. Georgian wine is presented for the first time on such a scale in Bern. Georgian wine is not properly known in Switzerland; It can be said that this is the first step to make our wine more popular on this market in the future with more work and increasing awareness. The state is actively promoting Georgian wine, which is very important for the development of the Georgian economy, "- said the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Swiss Confederation and the Principality of Liechtenstein, Revaz Lominadze.
"Georgian Wine Forum" is held in Bern within the framework of the "FERNWEH" festival. The festival aims to introduce the culture of foreign countries to the locals and many countries participate in it.
