Georgian wine was presented in Tokyo with the support of the National Wine Agency
The event was attended by local importers, including representatives of large companies. The presentation on the history and modernity of Georgian winemaking was introduced the Head of National Wine Agency contractor marketing company "Red Bridge", the famous master of wine, Kenichi Ohashi.
The guests of the event made assessments on the Georgian wine market potential, export price and prospects of production scale. In addition, technical issues of importing Georgian wine to Japan were discussed.
13 different Georgian wines were presented by Kenichi Ohashi at the tasting, including 2 wines already successfully sold in the Japanese market. The purpose of presenting Georgian wine in Tokyo was to promote sales growth and attract potential importers.
