The dynamics of export growth in the strategic markets of Georgian wine is maintained: Poland - 29% (3638057), China - 9% (3373517), Latvia - 4% (1119219), Lietuva - 56% (675510), USA - 26% (700696), Germany - 23% (553852) and the UK - 73% (435 264).
This year, the growth is significant in the following countries: Canada - 132% (235888), Sweden - 65% (69280), Czech Republic - 646% (112236), France - 31% (50416), Kazakhstan - 37% (2552200), Israel - 52% (304827), Azerbaijan - 21% (158411), Turkey - 156% (77226), Ukraine - 16% (7366327), Russia - 17% (39474016), Mongolia - 316% (306690), Belarus - 13% (2062327) and so on.
The top five Georgian wine exporting countries are: Russia, Ukraine, Poland, China and Kazakhstan.
368 companies exported different amount of wine from Georgia.
At the same time, during the reporting period, 22 million bottles (0.5 l) of brandy was exported, which is 21% more than the same period in 2020. Revenue from brandy exports reaches $ 40.3 million (up 8%).
570 thousand bottles (0.5 l) of Chacha were exported, the export growth was 115%. Revenue from Chacha exports reaches $ 1.3 million; The growth, compared to the same period last year, was 91%.
Exports of wine, brandy, Chacha, brandy spirits and brandy on tap generated $ 234 million in revenue, up 18% from the same period last year.
