Mitting with delegation of Liaoning province, People’s Republic of China
Minister of Agruculture of Georgia, Otar Danelia and his Deputy, Levan Davitashhvili met delegation of Liaoning province, People’s Republic of China, in National Wine Agency. The meeting was attended by the head of marketing and PR department of National Wine Agency, Irakli Cholobargia. The delegation was lead by the Vice-Gubernator of Liaoning province, Zao Hua Mang.
At the meeting with the delegation of China, Otar Danelia talked about the importance of consistence economic relationship between Georgia and China and expressed his positive attitude about the collaboration of the countries.
At the meeting, Progressive dynamic of Georgian wine export in China republic was discussed and the importance of opening Georgian wine centers in China Republic for Georgian wine popularization was underlined.
Otar Danelia said, that Georgia is ready to organize Georgian wine degustation and other kinds of activities in Liaoning province with population of 43 mil people for Georgian wine publicity raise purpose.
At the meeting, Vice-Gubernator mentioned, that collaboration with Georgia in agricultural field is very interesting for them, as long as this field, especially green-house farming is well developed in Liaoning province. Vice-Gubernator underlined the importance of collaboration of the countries.
The members of China delegation were introduced the presentation about wine culture in Georgia, varieties of grape cultures, winemaking technologies and export data at the meeting. Otar Danelia expressed his hope of effective and successful future cooperation of the countries.
Minister of Agriculture of Georgia mentioned the constant support of government of People’s Republic of China in development of agriculture in Georgia, which means meliorating technology transfer and collaboration in educational-scientific point.
After the meeting, the delegates of Liaoning province, People’s Republic of China, saw National Wine Agency wine museum, degustation rooms, enoteca, cellar and tasted Georgian wine.
