Georgian wine tasting
London held one-day exhibition – “Emerging Regions Tasting”, with the support of the National Wine Agency, the following wineries represented their products: “KTW (Kakhetian Traditional Winemaking)”, “Chelti”, “Lagvinari” and “Twins Wine Cellar”.
Well-known journalists, wine professionals, graduate students, as well as retail and wholesale traders attended the event. Sarah Abbott – the famous master of Wine led the Georgian wine tasting seminar - \"Tradition and modernity in Georgia\".
United Kingdom is identified as one of the potentially growing markets for the Georgian Wine. In 2015’s first six months exports, totaled 30 635 liters, which is 33% higher compared to 2014’s figures. The aim of the participation is a meaningful way to promote Georgian wine, collaborate with British society and grow export figures.
