In 1919, the first congress of Georgian viticulturists and winemakers was held, in 1920 the first Georgian professional magazine "Vine and Wine" was published, in the same period, 4 wines factories were opened.
At the meeting the representatives of the National Wine Agency listened to the students' opinions, answered the questions asked in the auditorium. Finally, a documentary film "Georgia – The Cradle of Wine" was screened.
